dc.description.abstractIn 2017, a first generation of IM Brugg-Windisch students received their diploma. Until now, IM Alumni is only represented in Olten and has little contact to IM graduates from Brugg-Windisch. The aim of this thesis is to research and propose a suitable format for an alumni organisation in Brugg-Windisch taking into account the overall structure of alumni organisations. Further, success factors of alumni organisations are researched. The recommendations are then outlined in a roadmap.
