Archiving System Implementation

Abstract

The archiving solution currently in use by the client company's sales department had been growing organically over the past years, resulting in an overly complex, unintuitive and in parts redundant structure. The client wished to modernise their archiving system and commissioned the author to analyse the current structure, determine potential solutions based on the insights gained in this analysis, evaluate these solution and find the one most suitable as the department's new archiving system.
