| dc.description.abstract | Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe (BVB) is a distinguished transportation company situated in the Swiss city of Basel. The array of transport services provided by BVB encompasses tram and bus services, along with various mobility solutions. Currently their Quality Management of the cleaning of their staff rooms and stops encompasses sporadic checks and a sheet on which employees must sign when they cleaned the rooms. The aim is to recommend holistic measures to implement a Quality Management System in accordance to ISO Standards to ensure that the cleaning quality is high. | |
