dc.description.abstractThe Municipality of Zuchwil is currently grappling with several challenges in sustaining its attractiveness as an employer, as evidenced by high staff turnover, inconsistent operational procedures, and a need for robust internal communication frameworks. Combining these challenges results in a weak employer value proposition, which hinders the municipality’s ability to attract, engage, and retain the skilled workforce needed to ensure high-quality service delivery to the community. These factors collectively present a formidable obstacle to the municipality’s long-term strategic goals.
