dc.description.abstractThe Client is a non-profit organization that provides care and support services in various communities, they relied heavily on a third-party IT provider for its IT needs. They wanted to decrease their reliance on the external IT provider. Efficiency, flexibility, and cost were also issues that needed to be addressed. The organization recognized the necessity of adopting a future-oriented IT solutions for their software and server infrastructure, while simultaneously enhancing greater independence.
