Abstract
Die BKW Infra Services AG (BIS) ist eine dezentral organisierte Gruppe mit zwölf Gesellschaften in der Schweiz und Deutschland. Als zentraler Treiber der Konzernstrategie "Solutions 2030" soll sie Innovationen vorantreiben, doch ein gruppenweites Innovationsmanagement fehlt bislang. Heterogene Prozesse, kulturelle Unterschiede und begrenzte Ressourcen führen zu Intransparenz, Doppelarbeit und ungenutzten Synergien. Die Folge ist eine fragmentierte Steuerung von Innovationen, die weder strategische Prioritäten setzen noch Marktchancen systematisch nutzen kann.
