Nonetheless, assessing and improving an organization’s capacity for innovation can be difficult for many. In order to solve this problem, this Bachelor Thesis creates and validates a Maturity Model for Business Innovation specifically for WeatherPlus Joint Stock Company. The thesis identifies the current challenges in business model innovation through an extensive literature review. These challenges include complex interdependencies in value creation and capture, fostering an innovation-friendly culture, financial constraints, and difficulties in conceptualizing novel products.
