The client is facing challenges in recruiting and keeping healthcare professionals. The main problem is the rigid work schedules, which make it hard for employees to balance their work with personal life. This lack of flexibility is a big issue in today’s work environment, where many workers value flexibility highly. On top of this, the client is competing with neighboring regions, where healthcare providers offer higher salaries and better benefits. This competition makes it even harder to attract and retain skilled workers.
