The vocational training centre of F. Hoffmann La Roche has different document signing processes across the various teams. The dependence on physical signatures and non-standardized workflows led to increased administrative tasks. The lack of a harmonised approach caused inefficiencies, highlighting the need for a standardised solution to streamline operations and ensure consistent legal compliance.
