dc.description.abstractPrimeo Energie, an energy supplier active in Switzerland and France, has renewed its external communication channels to better align with the corporate strategy focusing on internationalization and growth. However, the organization’s intranet has been overlooked as it is currently only available in German and is technologically outdated compared to the external communication channels. Therefore, this thesis focuses on developing a general overview of the current state of Primeo Energie’s intranet to identify relevant success factors and formulate applicable recommendations for its enhancement.
