Abstract
This document details the processes and outcomes of an invitational workshop entitled Reporting progress: opportunities, challenges and ways forward in the use of ESD indicators in England and Germany (2009). Hosted by FU Berlin in February 2009, this follow-up event on Education for Sustainable Development indicators invited stakeholders From England and Germany to discuss and examine developments since an earlier seminar in 2006, hosted by the University of Bath. Participants at both events included representatives of the government, HE and NGO sectors; in particular, policy-makers, researchers and academics as well as representatives From user groups of ESD indicators in the formal and informal educational sectors.
