dc.description.abstract | BVB currently manages project initiatives using standalone Word documents stored on an outdated SharePoint system. This setup leads to inefficiencies, fragmented workflows, version control issues, and compliance risks. The reliance on manual processes creates silos and increases administrative overhead, making it difficult to support an expanding portfolio of projects. To address these challenges, BVB requires a modern, integrated digital solution to streamline and centralize its construction project initiation process. | |
