Abstract
Albanian vocational schools have been struggling with student engagement and overall participation. Therefore, the S4J introduced lecturer to new ways of learning and established Moodle, or Metronom as they call it, as an online learning platform. Many teachers lack the technical know-how to use the Metronom tools. The main goal of this thesis was to create a Moodle tutorial course, which has the purpose to teach the lecturers of Albanian vocational schools how to apply Moodle in their class to support participative learning.
