dc.description.abstractCurrently, the client does not have a project controlling. Only a few reports are created, which are often based on estimates instead of data. If reports were created with the current values, they would not be significant due to incorrect or missing data. This could lead to decisions being made based on incorrect assumptions. In order to be able to create data-based reports in the future, this Bachelor Thesis provides a recommendation of what project controlling could look like. On the other hand, the data that is necessary for evaluations is described.
