dc.description.abstractThrough the accomplishment of many digital transformation projects, Arcondis AG noticed that not all projects ran as smoothly as expected. An expert team investigated the fundamental difference of the projects starting points and came to the realization that the organisations encountering some issues during the project course had lacks in certain areas, which are important for a digital transformation. Arcondis AG's interest in a readiness assessment arose from this situation.
