Agile forms of organization - areas of application, benefits, conditions and its possible application at the fast-moving consumer goods organization

Abstract

As the analyzed organization is already using some forms of agile elements and wants to gain a deeper understanding of the topic, the aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a manual explaining the most widely used agile methods. Additionally, it is important for the organization to understand in which departments the necessary preconditions for the implementation of agile methods are given and how the agility of a project team can be measured.
