The company faces challenges with siloed customer data across various systems, lacking holistic visibility and standardized reporting. This hinders the ability to derive insights and monitor KPIs effectively. To address this, 7Days aims to develop an integrated dashboard to harmonize data, streamline KPI tracking, and enhance strategic decision-making.
