Abstract
This research delves into the entrepreneurial journey of Turkish and ex-Yugoslavian immigrants in Switzerland. Due to the absence of viable employment options in the past, many people started their own businesses. A noticeable change is, however, taking place as more people from these communities accept entrepreneurship as an appealing career path driven by intrinsic motivation. This change calls for an investigation into the factors that led to it, examining how personality traits and tactical decisions influence their course.
