dc.description.abstract | The organization provides IT consulting to companies, for implementation projects. The decision-making in these projects has a high administrative overhead, as most of the project management related information is stored within a system, which is originally intended for time and contract management. Because it was not intended to be used as a project management tool, the data relating project management is not clearly visible. One challenge for project management decision-making at the organization is the spread responsibility over the different projects, and as such it is difficult to keep an overview over the different stages. The system also offers only very limited options to visualize data. This increases the complexity to manage the projects and without clear information, decision-making is negatively impacted. | |
