This thesis was conducted on behalf of an e-learning provider and it explores how these platforms can be optimized to enhance workforce development and operational efficiency across various industries. It assesses SMEs' readiness to adopt these technologies and the specific modifications required to meet their unique business challenges, aiming to align digital training tools with the evolving needs of SMEs.
