dc.description.abstractHelpica is a startup in the building with the goal of creating a trusted platform connecting those requiring assistance with people willing to help. The task was to create a qualitative market research and a digital marketing concept that resonates with the target audience. The goal is building brand awareness, loyalty, engagement and trust. Helpica’s vision focused on connecting two different target audiences and enhancing lives through community support.
