Previously, Netzwerk Grenchen had an active carpentry infrastructure as a service that was used by up to 50 participants at its peak. However, the infrastructure had to be closed due to a lack of demand. Nevertheless, the CEO of Netzwerk Grenchen, Mr. Reto Kämpfer, still sees potential in the existing infrastructure and is looking for a financially viable business model to revive it. The real challenge is to reactivate this resource while remaining cost-effective and effective in this fast-moving market landscape.
