| dc.description.abstract | Im Rahmen einer Neuentwicklung will eine Berner Informatikfirma eine Software für die Automation und Unterstützung verschiedener Wertschöpfungsprozesse für KMUs im Treuhandbereich entwickeln. Die Hauptmotivation für das Projekt stammt aus dem Brokerbereich, in dem die Firma seit einigen Jahren erfolgreich eine Softwarelösung zur Automatisierung verschiedener Wertschöpfungsprozesse anbietet. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes galt es zu klären, welches die wichtigsten Hauptwertschöpfungsprozesse der Treuhandbranche sind und welcher dieser Prozesse sich am ehesten für eine Prozessautomation eignet. | |
