In today’s business environment, managers have to be fast, as well as efficient in their decision-making process. Especially SME's, as their economic environment is often unstable. They have to manage and monitor their business and information resources in a timely and efficient manner. Until now, Swiss SME's are not aware of the importance of a system that merges their data and information, which is then used for managerial decision-making processes. Often, this task is completed by controlling, finances or even IT. Most often, the data is merged and analyzed in Excel sheets.
