| dc.description.abstract | In der Sozialen Arbeit fehlten bislang Modelle zur konzeptionellen Fundierung und konkreten Ausgestaltung von Innovationsprozessen. Das Projekt und Programm INCUMENT greift dieses Desiderat auf und verfolgt die Zielsetzungen, in der Sozialen Arbeit Entwicklungsprozesse mit Innovationspotential anzuregen, zu begleiten und unter Einbezug fachlich-inhaltlicher Expertise kooperativ zu gestalten: In strukturierten Prozessen soll Wissen aus Praxis und Forschung in Beziehung gesetzt werden, um innovative Entwicklungen anzustossen. | |
