dc.description.abstractSales of products through physical points of sale are increasingly declining, while sales through digital channels showcase a steady increase for both the market and the client company. Ribag is negatively affected by this trend. To close the gap between offline and online, the client committioned a research on the market for AR software which, in combination with the existing e-business solution, have the potential of supporting the pre-purchase process and drive sales.
