Abstract
Our client, a manufacturing company in the automotive industry, realized the importance of data as a facilitator for business success. To this day, issues in data are not addressed in a systematic way, therefore data quality and data management processes cannot be effectively measured. The following pain points were identified:
- Extensive manual processing
- High effort to find data (data discovery)
- Non-measured data quality (incomplete / incorrect / not timely data)
- Improvement of data usage and interoperability
- Historic siloed master data
