Abstract
Advancing onwards from the traditional desktop, mobile and web interfaces, today digital services are being offered to users via conversational interfaces (aka chatbots). This is to achieve seamless experiences by letting users interact with services in their natural language instead of GUI commands. Today, chatbots are being used for organizing and executing back-office as well as customer-facing tasks in businesses besides entertainment and social activities. The growing acceptance of chatbots and their ability to intelligently converse with humans carries a potential to utilize them for educational purposes.
