Abstract
As Swiss Post is one of the largest IT employers in Switzerland, insight into the relationship between APM and emotional well-being within the company could prove beneficial for the IT industry in the Swiss landscape. In this field, existing research on the affective outcomes of APM show mixed results. Therefore, this paper focuses on the better understanding the emotional impact of APM in the context of Swiss Post on the basis of qualitative interviews within two project teams.
