Changing working methods including increase in use of digital communication technologies driven by environmental concerns, pressure to reduce travel costs and lost time and made more urgent due to the current impacts of COVID • Integration of virtual and digital media into the curriculum • Importance of developing capabilities in virtual international collaboration projects (for staff and students) • Opportunities offered by the integration of new technologies for learning and teaching (e.g. greater access to diverse voices and international experts • Challenges in the workplace and in the business school (e.g. developing trust in online programmes, relationship building etc.)
