Abstract
Many companies are exposed to unpredicted supply chain disruptions due to increasing competiveness in an expeditious development of economic globalization. The objective of this thesis paper is to analyze the impact of disruptions in supply chain risks sourcing process, from a perspective of a Swiss OEM and to create a supply chain risk management purchasing tool, specified for the respective product group.
