Abstract
NMZ, dedicated to enriching public understanding of Swiss history and identity, has established a digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and its blog. However, the absence of a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness and social impact of these initiatives highlighted the need for this framework's development. Operating under the framework of the Swiss Confederation's “Museums- und Sammlungsgesetz (MSG)”. NMZ has prioritised engaging diverse audiences through accessible and dynamic digital content.
