Abstract
Generic models often overlook retail-specific issues like supply chain complexity, customer experience and omnichannel strategies. This gap limits the effectiveness of digital transformation efforts in retail organizations. The gap in the literature that this study will address is the absence of a digital maturity assessment model that effectively accounts for retail-specific challenges.
