Abstract
In today's workforce digital literacy is a critical skill factor for success. It enables adaptability, collaboration and innovation. However, 88% of companies have no action plan on how to adress digital literacy gaps and 32% of Europeans lack basic digital literacy skills. Low digital literacy reduces productivity, increases stress and slows technology adoption. Therefore, addressing this topic in organisations is essential for competitiveness and succesful digital transformation.
