Abstract
This study explores the integration of Online-Self-Assessments (OSAs) into face-toface career and student counseling. While literature provides recommendations for incorporating OSAs into counseling practices, it is unclear how counselors use them and what benefits they offer. Through qualitative research with career counseling advisors, we found that counselors view OSAs as a valuable resource with multiple supportive functions. However, counselors also face challenges when integrating OSA results into their counseling sessions.
