Abstract
Eine aktuelle Studie hat erstmals die Stressbelastung von HR Professionals in der Schweiz untersucht. Die Ergebnisse machen deutlich, dass vor allem Change-Prozesse und die Sandwich-Position den HR-Verantwortlichen zu schaffen machen.
