Abstract
All individuals in the company should have the opportunity to find the appropriate person with a specific area of knowledge within the shortest possible time. Today, there is neither an efficient nor an effective method to find the right person with the proper knowledge. This is particularly critical in a company in which knowledge is the most valuable asset. If the company neglects this problem, it could result in projects not being realised due to a lack of knowledge, or it could cause critical customer deadlines to be missed, which could result in service-level agreement (SLA) penalties.
